Train Oregon Demo Account

How to access the Demo Account

1. Log in to I-Trac.
2. Click the I-Trac tab.
   
3. Type Test in the Last Name field, TO_ in the First Name field, and click search.
4. From the Search Results, find the record that matches your region and click select.
   
5. Click tools.
   
6. Select Login as Customer in My WorkSource.
   
7. My WorkSource will open. Note that (STAFF MODE) is displayed in the top right corner of the screen.Click Train Oregon.
     

Usage Guidelines

The following uses of the Train Oregon Demonstration Account are permitted:

• Accessing Train Oregon to demonstrate content or functionality with a customer or group of customers.
• Accessing Train Oregon to familiarize yourself with content or functionality.
• Troubleshooting to duplicate an issue a customer has reported.

The following uses are prohibited and constitute a violation of our license agreement with our vendor and partner, OpenSesame:

• Sharing the account credentials with unauthorized staff. Authorized staff are those with permissions in I-Trac to authorize access to Train Oregon.
• Accessing courses and presenting the online content in a large group setting for the purposes of instruction.
• Accessing courses for ongoing personal/professional development.

Notes

• Because the demo account is shared, you will encounter courses that are already in progress. If this occurs, use the course navigation to go the appropriate part of the course.
