Program Summary/Description
Early Learning Works creates pathways for entry into the early childhood education profession, building up the workforce needed by employers and opening the door for jobseekers into this fulfilling field. Early Learning Works promotes both career exploration and direct work experience and hiring for those seeking full-time careers.
Primarily funded by Multnomah County, our programming has a special focus on supporting local preschools and connecting jobseekers to the quality jobs at Preschool for All programs.
