Required Annual Compliance Trainings

Per Worksystems 50/50 contract with DHS, all staff whose position is funded in any way through Career Boost / SNAP E&T contracts, including managers and directors who do not directly work with SNAP recipients, must complete three mandatory compliance trainings annually.

We are asking that all applicable staff complete these required trainings no later than Thursday, September 1st, 2022

How to Access The Required Trainings

iLearn Oregon was retired on June 15th, 2021. Workday Learning now houses required Compliance Trainings for EOP, NextGen, and Career Boost.

 

1. Log In or Request a Workday Learning Account. 

New Users will receive e-mailed instructions for accessing Workday Learning. Log-in instructions often take up to one week to arrive.

 

2. Use “Browse Learning Content” to search for the required courses

  • ODHS – SNAP Civil Rights 2022
  • ODHS – HR – 24/7 Mandatory Reporter Training – C05401
  • ODHSOHA – ISPO – 2022 Information Security and Privacy Awareness for
    Partners/Providers

Staff with Contingent Worker Accounts will not be able to complete ODHSOHA – ISPO – 2022 Information Security and Privacy Awareness for Partners/Providers. Instead, complete DAS – EIS – Information Security Foundations 2022 within your OED – 2022 Compliance Training & Policy Review Program.

You can locate these ODHS trainings in Workday Learning by clicking “Browse
Learning Content” then typing keywords into the search bar and clicking search.


3. Submit Transcript

Transcripts indicating that an individual has passed their training must be sent to sdorton@worksystems.org. using the following naming convention:  21YR_Surname_1stInitial
