iMatchSkills Access for SNAP Verification

iLearn Oregon was retired on June 15th, 2021. Workday Learning now houses required Compliance Trainings for EOP, NextGen, and Career Boost.

Career Boost providers must use iMatchSkills to verify customers’ SNAP status and claim a STEP service on behalf of their customers. iMatchSkills is managed by the Oregon Employment Department (OED). STEP access to iMatchSkills is granted to individuals who complete a series of online Compliance Trainings in Workday Learning.

  • Only staff with a need to verify and track customers’ SNAP eligibility should seek STEP access iMatchSkills.
  • Career Boost providers must notify their Worksystems contract manager immediately when individuals no longer need STEP access to iMatchSkills.
