Overview
Jobscan is an online resume analysis tool that instantly scores how well your resume matches a job description and recommends specific actions for improving that resume. Jobscan saves resume tailoring time, while increasing interview chances by emulating the recruitment systems that companies use to screen candidates.
WorkSource Oregon, through Worksystems (the workforce development board for the City of Portland, Multnomah, and Washington Counties), has partnered with Jobscan to make premium accounts (unlimited scans) available to WorkSource staff. WorkSource customers can self-register a Jobscan account via the Job Search page on My WorkSource.

WorkSource Staff
WorkSource Oregon staff that provide direct service to customers are eligible to access a premium Jobscan account that receives unlimited scans. Staff should use their Jobscan account to provide customers with job search assistance. Staff can scan resumes on the customers’ behalf or provide the customer with instructions on how they can sign up to Jobscan for an account of their own (see above).
Access to a premium account will be provided to center staff by your center management team. Center management teams will coordinate with the workforce development board for the region to set up access for staff access.
