Step By Step Training Details
Step 1: Supervisor requests a Workday Learning Account and connects staff to the Regional Workforce Development Foundations Course
Time Needed:
- 45 minutes for “Workforce Development and You” Course
Step 2: Complete Compliance Trainings & Submit completed Workday Learning Transcripts

The email must include:
- Name – First, middle initial, and last name.
- Phone number
- e-mail address
- complete transcripts
Time Needed:
- 8-10 hours for required OED Compliance Trainings in Workday Learning
Step 3: Complete the Customer Registration and Eligibility Determination Course
Training Audience: All New Staff who complete Worksource Oregon Customer Registrations and WIOA Eligibility. NextGen Staff no longer need to complete this training.
Frequency: In the first two months of hire, repeat yearly.
Time Needed: 1 hour
