Reasonable efforts must be made to ensure that the two Disclosure Forms and the Posted Notice are understood by all applicants, including youth, and those who are limited-English speaking individuals. Background Check Requirements

Worksystems Contract Statement of Work and Regional Program Standards contains criminal background check requirements for direct service staff, volunteers and subcontractor staff that work with participants enrolled in a Worksystems-funded program.

Participant Release

Worksystems requires participants to consent to us sharing this story or image. Participants must sign a release of information for photos, videos and success stories, and contractors must keep the signed participant release in the participant’s file.

Record Retention

Worksystems requires contractors to maintain participant records for set periods of time.
