When customers submit their “Request Access” form to Train Oregon, they need to answer some questions to let us know their target occupation, what content they are looking for and how this training will help support their career and educational goals. This information can give us some key insights into what job seekers are looking for and needing today.

So what are we hearing in a very broad sense?

There is a large demand for skills, help, knowledge and certifications mainly in the areas of management, business, healthcare, information technology and office careers.

Customers are using the word “MORE” – more skills, more knowledge, more experience, more help. When you hear the word “more”, be sure to sign them up for Train Oregon. Courses may help fill a knowledge or skill gap while they are continuing job seeking efforts, plus it can be a great addition to their resume.
