Traitify – Free Work-Based Personality Assessment
Traitify is a scientifically backed, visual and information-rich career assessment that is FREE through Train Oregon. It’s completed online and can be done in under two minutes.

“Traitify’s work-based personality assessments are designed to measure personality as it relates to work. Typically starting with a central assessment – Careers – the personality data gathered identifies specific aspects of how someone works, the kind of work they would enjoy, expanded details such as the personalities they will complement or conflict with, and the type of work environments they’ll succeed in. Do I need to be a WorkSource customer to use Traitify?
No. It’s free and it’s public content, meaning anyone who lands on the Train Oregon website will be able to access it (along with Career Videos and Industry Trends).
What does the assessment look like?
We encourage you to take the test for yourself! It’s a 90 second visual career test and will bring up images that ask “Me/Not Me” (watch out for the snake!):

Click on the Career Match to view detailed BLS, O*Net information and “Match Rate” – how a customer’s traits overlap with the common traits of that occupation.

- Customers can use the print feature to generate a 2 page summary report
- Customers can log back in and view their results at any time
- Reset the test and take it over again at any time
