Key Dates and Timelines

Participant Workday Log In information arrives between 8:30-10:00am on the identified Onboarding Start Date. Credentials expire after 24 hours. Submit a ticket for password resets.

Contractors have three days from the Onboarding Start Date to complete the entire onboarding process, including I-9 Verification. After three days, the participant is terminated from Workday.

Stipends are due the day before Timesheets are due. Stipend Forms are not processed by Career Catalyst during their blackout dates. See 2022 Calendar for details.
