Audience: All New Staff.
Frequency: In the first month of hire, repeat as needed.
Training Content Summary:
- Regional Workforce Development System Overview
- Data Systems Overview
- Connection to required Compliance Trainings for WOMIS and/or iMatchSkills Access
Learning Objectives:
- Staff will understand the Big Picture of Oregon’s Workforce Development system & be able to connect the big picture to their individual goals and values.
- Staff will complete required Compliance Trainings for Worksource Customer Registration in WOMIS.
Time Needed:
- 45 minutes for “Workforce Development and You” Course
- 8-10 hours for required Compliance Trainings in Workday Learning
