Program Guidance for Rent Assistance Hub Staff (Rent Assistance Coordinators)
Program Summary/Description
The Rent Assistance program supports participants in the Economic Opportunity Program (EOP) based on eligibility and funding availability.
The Rent Assistance Hubs are responsible for completing rent assistance eligibility, assisting participants with their housing search, administering rent assistance funding, completing and maintaining the rent assistance paperwork and file documentation and entering payment and outcome data in the I-Trac Rent Assistance record.
