In PY24 beginning July 1, 2024, Career Coaches can refer customers for paid work opportunities designed to connect work-ready customers with entry-level positions in targeted industries or programs. Paid work opportunities are available in the following areas:
- Child Care/Preschool – If interested in entry-level childcare or preschool positions in Multnomah and Washington Counties, customers can submit an interest form here. Please note: State of Oregon licensing regulations require individuals over the age of 18 to enroll in the State’s Central Background Registry prior to placement in a child care facility.
- Here for Portland – A limited number of entry-level restaurant/retail positions will be available at the beginning of PY24. If working with customers interested in these positions, submit an interest form here. Customers must meet PDX ARPA eligibility requirements.
